• Google Business Profile data — when you connect your Google account via OAuth, we access your business reviews, reviewer names, review text, star ratings, and your business profile information so we can generate replies.

• Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service — generating and posting AI-powered review replies on your behalf.
• To communicate with you about your account and the service.
• To process payments.
• To improve the product and fix issues.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Google APIs — to read your reviews and post replies. Your use of data received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• AI processing — review text is sent to an AI language model to generate reply drafts. We do not use your data to train AI models.
• Payment processor — handles billing securely.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and review data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we delete your stored review data within 90 days. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
