Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReplyDad (replydad.com), operated by Good Samaritan Software, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ReplyDad is an AI-powered service that generates and optionally posts replies to Google reviews on behalf of your business. You connect your Google Business Profile, and we use artificial intelligence to draft personalized responses to your customer reviews.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ReplyDad.
• You must be the owner or an authorized manager of the Google Business Profile(s) you connect. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to manage and reply to reviews for that business.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated replies before they are posted (unless you enable automatic posting, in which case you accept responsibility for auto-posted content).
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's terms of service.

3. Billing and Payment

• ReplyDad costs $99 per month, billed monthly.
• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Replies generated by ReplyDad are created by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality, appropriate responses, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, awkward, or unsuitable. You are ultimately responsible for any content posted to your Google Business Profile, whether you reviewed it manually or enabled automatic posting. We recommend reviewing replies before they go live.

5. Response Time and Google Publishing Delays

ReplyDad generates and submits review replies to Google within one hour of detecting a new review. However, Google applies its own content review process before replies become publicly visible. This process may take anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 days and is controlled entirely by Google — it is outside of our control.

When we refer to an "under 1 hour response time," we mean the time it takes ReplyDad to generate and submit your reply to Google, not the time it takes for the reply to become publicly visible on your Business Profile. Good Samaritan Software, LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from delays in Google publishing review replies.

6. Intellectual Property

The ReplyDad service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Good Samaritan Software, LLC. AI-generated review replies are provided for your use and become your content once posted to your Google Business Profile.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Samaritan Software, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ReplyDad. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from AI-generated replies, loss of business, or negative customer interactions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReplyDad is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will always be appropriate for your business.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. You may close your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
